The chickens and their eggs provide some surprises, since white chickens may lay premium white eggs, these contain various bonus items. But watch out because just now and again your premium white chicken egg might just hatch out into a brown chicken which only adds to your Farmville strategy!
White Chicken Eggs can hatch into different colored chickens which have varying values

Brown Chickens which are uncommon – 16 coins per egg
Flamingo which are uncommon
Golden Gnome which is about as rare as hen’s teeth!
